选取某铝厂工人66人,观察了血清氟、尿氟浓度,血清微量元素及IL6含量变化情况。结果显示。与对照组比较,氟接触组血清氟和尿氟浓度明显增高;血清Cu、Zn含量下降,Ca、Mg含量两组间无显著差别,血清IL6含量增加,其中高工龄组又高于低工龄组,增加率分别为361%和241%。提示机体接氟后免疫功能受损,同时机体通过增加IL6水平维持正常的免疫功能
