人力资源是各个企业发展过程中不可或缺的重要资源,而人力资源绩效管理又是企业管理中不可或缺的重要内容,因为决定了到企业未来的发展和提升。并且在企业人力资源管理得工作中,绩效管理是其重要的组成部分,同时也是促使企业实现现代化管理的重要途径。企业人力资源绩效管理的目的是为了提高企业工作人员工作的积极性和主动性,并激发出他们的工作潜力和热情,从而为企业的发展以及获得良好经济收益提供源源不断的动力。目前国内企业人力资源得管理还处在初级阶段,因而很多企业对这一方面还缺乏比较深刻的认识,因而在绩效管理的工作中还存在一些问题亟待解决。因此本文对目前国内人力资源绩效管理问题进行了深入的分析和研究,并针对这些问题提出了一些意见以及解决的措施仅供参考。
Human resources are indispensable and important resources in the development of all enterprises. Human resources performance management is an indispensable and important part in the management of enterprises, which determines the development and promotion to the future of the enterprise. And in the work of enterprise human resource management, performance management is an important part of it, but also an important way to promote the realization of modern management. The purpose of human resource performance management in enterprises is to improve the enthusiasm and initiative of the staff in the enterprise and stimulate their potential and enthusiasm for work so as to provide a steady stream of motivation for the development of the enterprise and for obtaining good economic returns. At present, the management of human resources in domestic enterprises is still in its infancy, and many enterprises lack a deep understanding of this aspect. Therefore, some problems in performance management still need to be solved urgently. Therefore, this article has carried on the thorough analysis and the research to the present domestic human resources performance management question, and put forward some opinions and the solution for these questions for the reference only.
