目的掌握目前宿迁市艾滋病检测筛查实验室建设及质量控制现状,为更好地完善检测网络和进行艾滋病监测。方法采用问卷调查和现场调查相结合的方法,对宿迁市14家艾滋病网络实验室的基本建设、生物安全及质量控制情况进行调查。结果宿迁市艾滋病网络实验室内仪器设备比较齐全,但只8家拥有Ⅱ级生物安全柜,其余采用柜式操作台进行检验。100%的实验室在检测工作中使用外部对照进行质量控制。实验室工作运行情况良好,建设符合要求。结论艾滋病网络建设需要进一步加强,实验室检测人员质量控制观念和生物安全意识需要提高。
Objective To grasp the current status of construction and quality control of HIV / AIDS testing and screening laboratories in Suqian, in order to better improve the testing network and monitor HIV / AIDS. Methods The methods of questionnaire survey and field investigation were used to investigate the capital construction, biosafety and quality control of 14 AIDS network laboratories in Suqian. Results Suqian AIDS network laboratory equipment more complete, but only eight have Class Ⅱ biological safety cabinet, the rest of the cabinets console test. 100% of laboratories use external controls for quality control during testing. Laboratory work in good condition, construction meets the requirements. Conclusion The construction of AIDS network needs to be further strengthened, and the quality control concepts and biosafety awareness of laboratory inspectors need to be improved.
