运用先进的CAD建模技术和计算流体力学分析手段对两种压气机进气弯管进行了三维气动计算分析 ,得到了弯管内的速度、压力等分布 ,计算得出了两种进气弯管的压力损失和进气效率。从气动力学角度分析了影响弯管效率的因素 ,并通过对计算结果的分析比较指出了设计优化的方向.
Using the advanced CAD modeling technology and computational fluid dynamics analysis method, the three kinds of aerodynamic calculation of the two kinds of air intake elbows were carried out. The distribution of velocity and pressure in the elbows was obtained. Tube pressure loss and intake efficiency. From the aerodynamic point of view, the factors that affect the elbow efficiency are analyzed. The direction of design optimization is pointed out through the analysis and comparison of the calculated results.
