一、背景1.1现状目前我们的接入网对于住宅小区,采用的是FTTB。接入层的主干光缆和分配光缆均是4芯。对于数据而言,只能做到ONU到楼栋,即每个ONU的60M带宽要覆盖30户,则用户带宽可达2M/户。但实际作为弱势运营商,争取达到1/3的实际用户覆盖,就相当可观了,则用户带宽可达6M/户,这基本是我们对外所能宣传的最大带宽。6M/户显然不能满足用户需求,技术水平上很难保住现有数据用户,更谈不上
