世界专利WO2007 114737中公布了俄罗斯科研人员研制的一种可变形加工Al合金。该合金的主要化学成分(质量分数)为:0.8%~2.2%Cu,1.2%~2.6%Mg,Mn≤0.2%~0.6%、Fe≤0.25%,Si≤0.20%,5.0~6.8%Zn,Ti≤0.1%,0.08%~1.7%Cr,0.01%~0.12%Zr,0.0008%~0.005%B,H(0.3~4.1)×10-5%,其余是Al。其中,Ti+Cr+Zr≤0.25%、Cu+Mg+Zn≤8.6%。该合金综合力学性能良好,可以采用冲压或模锻方式进行变形加工,适于制造形状不规则的制品,如用冲压法来制造汽车轮盘等零部件。
