体育公共服务水平的提高有助于协调各阶层的利益关系,保障和改善民生。加强对体育公共服务水平的研究,不仅对于政府充分利用公共体育设施和资源满足广大人民群众的体育需要具有重要的理论和实践意义,同时对于推进整个社会的稳定发展也具有借鉴意义。采用文献资料法、对比分析法等研究方法,对安徽省体育公共服务水平进行了分析,研究认为:1)安徽省内各个区域发展的不平衡性较为突出,各项体育工作在地区间、城乡间差距仍然较大;2)群众体育意识不强,体育人口比例较低,政府提供的体育公共服务措施不能满足群众日益增长的体育需求;3)体育体制改革有待深化,体育管理科学化、法治化水平有待提高。为了进一步提高安徽省体育公共服务水平,建议:大力推行体育公共服务均等化政策,提高欠发达地区经济发展水平,整合现有社会体育资源,大力开展全民健身运动,抓住有利时机,切实采取有效措施,加快安徽省体育产业发展。
The improvement of the level of sports public service helps to coordinate the interests of all strata and guarantee and improve people’s livelihood. Strengthening the research on public service level of sports not only has important theoretical and practical significance for the government to make full use of public sports facilities and resources to meet the sports needs of the broad masses of the people, but also has reference value for promoting the stable development of the entire society. This paper analyzes the public service level of sports in Anhui Province through literature, comparative analysis and other research methods. The study shows that: 1) The imbalances in the development of various regions in Anhui Province are more prominent, and the sports work in different regions, urban and rural areas The gap between the two is still large; 2) the awareness of mass sports is not strong and the proportion of sports population is low, and the public service measures provided by the government can not meet the growing demand of the masses; 3) the reform of the sports system needs to be deepened, the sports management is scientific, The level needs to be improved. In order to further improve the level of sports public service in Anhui Province, we suggest that we should vigorously promote the equalization policy of sports public services, raise the level of economic development in underdeveloped areas, integrate the existing social sports resources, vigorously carry out the national fitness exercise, seize the favorable opportunity and effectively take effective measures Measures to speed up the development of sports industry in Anhui Province.
