当我们考察了主要垄断资本主义国家对外资本输出发展的历史,可以发现二次世界大战后至今,无论是资本输出的规模、流向,还是资本输出的特点,都发生了显著变化。根据战后各主要资本主义国家对外直接投资的发展,基本上可划分为三个时期:一,五、六十年代,是美国对外直接投资大幅增长时期,其主要投向西欧国家;二,六十年代是西德对外直接投资大发展时期;三,七十年代末和八十年代以来,是日本对外直接投资的大规模发展时期。下面我们对这一问题进行分析。
When we examine the history of the development of the export of capital out of major monopoly capitalist countries, we can see that since the Second World War up to now, significant changes have taken place both in the scale of capital output, in the flow of capital, and in the characteristics of capital exports.
