目的研发红外低温监测设备,加强对动植物源性生物材料和特殊物品监管。方法利用红外热成像原理,通过硬件模块对物体表面温度信号进行收集、转换、放大,形成数字信息,再经过软件模块的处理,显示低温物体的温度并报警。结果 2016年1-6月,首都机场口岸利用研发的红外低温监测设备,截获可疑低温携带物105起,其中21起是动植物源性生物材料或特殊物品。结论研发的红外低温监测设备可实现对旅客携带低温物品的探测、报警、查验。
Objective To develop infrared cryogenic monitoring equipment to strengthen the supervision of animal and plant-derived biomaterials and special articles. Methods The principle of infrared thermal imaging is used to collect, convert and amplify the temperature of the surface of the object through the hardware module to form digital information. After the software module processing, the temperature of the object is displayed and the temperature is warned. Results From January to June 2016, using the low-temperature infrared temperature monitoring equipment developed by the Capital Airport Port, 105 suspicious cold objects were intercepted. Among them, 21 were animal or plant-derived biological materials or special articles. Conclusion The developed infrared low-temperature monitoring equipment can detect, alarm and check passengers carrying low-temperature goods.
