目前,大多数组织公民行为的研究主要集中在营利部门,针对公务员的组织公民行为研究相对匮乏。本文基于反应时范式的内隐联想测验,测量公务员对组织公民行为的内隐态度,探究其对组织公民行为的预测,以及积极情绪对上述预测关系的调节作用。结果表明:内隐态度与公务员组织公民行为呈显著正相关,内隐态度对公务员组织公民行为的预测作用受积极情绪的调节。当公务员具有较高积极情绪水平时,内隐态度无法预测其组织公民行为,而当积极情绪水平较低时,内隐态度可显著正向预测其组织公民行为。最后,本文对公务员组织公民行为的影响机制和干预方法进行了探讨。
At present, most of the research on organizational citizenship behavior focuses on the for-profit sectors, and the research on organizational citizenship for civil servants is relatively scarce. In this paper, based on the reaction time-paradigm implicit associative test, we measure the implicit attitudes of civil servants to OCB, explore their predictions on OCB and the positive effect of positive emotions on the above predictive relationship. The results show that the implicit attitudes are significantly and positively correlated with civil servants civil servants behavior, and the implicit attitudes are positively influenced by the positive emotions. Implicit attitudes can not predict its organizational citizenship behavior when civil servants have a high level of positive emotions, whereas implicit attitudes significantly and positively predict their organizational citizenship behaviors when the level of positive emotions is low. Finally, this article explores the impact mechanisms and intervention methods of civil servants in civil service organizations.
