和谐的城市文化,是和谐文化的重要组成部分。它是彰显城市和谐的根本标志;是整合城市利益关系的无形纽带;是增强城市实力的强大杠杆。当前,城市文化存在社区文化不和谐、文化特色不鲜明、网络文化不文明、创作和宣传体系不健全、群体文化发展不均衡等众多问题。为构建好和谐的城市文化,必须以社会主义核心价值体系为指导;以和谐城市文化创建活动为载体;以国外城市和谐文化建设的相关经验教训为借鉴。
Harmonious urban culture is an important part of a harmonious culture. It is the fundamental symbol of urban harmony. It is the intangible link that integrates the interests of cities. It is also a powerful lever to enhance the city’s strength. At present, there are many problems in urban culture, such as the incompatibility of community culture, the distinctive cultural features, the uncivilized internet culture, the imperfect system of creation and propaganda, and the unbalanced development of group culture. In order to build a harmonious urban culture, we must take the socialist core value system as a guide; with harmonious urban culture to create activities as a carrier; to learn from the experience and lessons of the harmonious urban culture of foreign cities.
