基层图书馆员因中发展平台少,发展方向不明确,大多数在后期的发展过程中出现职业倦怠,缺乏职业幸福感等问题。考虑到基层图书馆员的工作性质和图书馆的资源,从图书馆员的发展现状和问题,以及规范策略两个方面展开论述。提出了以职业幸福感和职业价值观为导向的职业发展和规划方向,以参加多种职业生涯培训和专业技能为主体的生涯发展能力和以提供清晰的职业发展平台为思路的职业管理方式等,对于提升个体的职业发展能力和图书馆的职业管理提供了有效的方向和具体的方法。
Because of the lack of development platform for grass-roots librarians, the development direction is not clear, most of them have problems such as job burnout and lack of professional well-being in the later development. Considering the work nature of the librarians and the resources of the library, this paper discusses the development status and problems of the librarians and the normative strategies. Put forward the professional development and planning direction oriented by occupational well-being and professional values, career development ability based on participation in a variety of career training and professional skills, and professional management mode taking the idea of providing a clear career development platform as an example, It provides an effective direction and specific method for enhancing individual career development ability and library occupation management.
