本文对吖啶橙-罗丹明6G-罗丹明B组合成各种混合染料体系的能量转移进行了研究。结果表明,在十二烷基硫酸钠的水溶液中,吖啶橙-罗丹明6G间,罗丹明6G-罗丹明B间、吖啶橙-罗丹明B间均能发生有效的能量转移。可以认为不仅染料单体,而且二聚体也是能量转移的有效形式;另外还从给予体的荧光量子效率与能量转移效率的竞争,探讨了表面活性剂对能量转移的影响。本文的工作将有助于拓宽能量转移的理论研究和应用范围。
In this paper, acridine orange - rhodamine 6G-rhodamine B combination into a variety of mixed dye system energy transfer were studied. The results showed that effective energy transfer occurred between aqueous solution of sodium dodecyl sulfate, acridine orange - rhodamine 6G, rhodamine 6G - rhodamine B, acridine orange - rhodamine B. It can be considered that not only the dye monomer but also the dimer is an effective form of energy transfer. In addition, the influence of the surfactant on the energy transfer is also discussed from the competition between the fluorescence quantum efficiency and the energy transfer efficiency of the donor. This work will help to broaden the theoretical research and application of energy transfer.
