本文应用电镜等方法对上海地区麻鸭中鸭乙型肝炎病毒(DHBV)及其形态学进行了研究。104只麻鸭血清标本DHBV阳性率为68.5%,其中1日~1月龄组为93.3%,6~12月龄组为72.7%,1~2年龄组为56.6%,表明DHBV阳性率随鸭龄增长而不断下降。鸭血清中除存在DHBV的40~45nm完全颗粒与40~60nm空心颗粒外,还发现一种20~30nm的小球形颗粒。鸭肝组织超薄切片的电镜观察,在肝细胞浆内质网中找到DHBV颗粒,同时在胞浆与核内均找到35~37nm裸露的核心颗粒。
In this paper, duck hepatitis B virus (DHBV) and its morphology in Shanghai ducks were studied by electron microscopy and other methods. The positive rate of DHBV in 104 hemp duck samples was 68.5%, of which 93.3% were in the 1st to 1 month old group, 72.7% in the 6-12 month old group and 56.6% in the 1 ~ 2 age group, indicating that the positive rate of DHBV was Growing but declining. Duck serum in addition to the presence of DHBV 40 ~ 45nm complete particles and 40 ~ 60nm hollow particles, but also found a 20 ~ 30nm small spherical particles. Electron microscopy of ultrathin sections of duck liver tissue revealed DHBV particles in the cytoplasm of liver cytoplasm and both naked nuclei of 35-37 nm were found in cytoplasm and nucleus.
