我们研制成功小型移动式体外冲击波碎石机,碎石成功率达97%,现报告如下。材料和方法本机使用 SSD-260型超声显像仪进行结石定位,探头频率为3.5MHz。冲击波源采用碎石效率较高的液电效应冲击波发生器,碎石焦点(F_2)处冲击波压力幅值达100MP_(?),冲击波脉宽为0.7μs,压力的-6db 区域小,符合碎石机通用标准的规定。用一有标尺的滑动对接装置联接 B 超探头和冲击波反射体,并将其装置在一机械动臂系统上,可做三维直线运动和两度旋转运动。根据结石位置和治疗体位的要求,反射体能在以碎石焦点 F_2为圆心的半球面内运动而无需改变患者
