目的:观察康复训练辅助治疗飞行员股四头肌萎缩的临床疗效。方法:选择飞行员股四头肌萎缩24例,随机分为观察组和对照组各12例;对照组采用常规超短波及电脑中频理疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用功能康复训练;均在治疗2个疗程后,采用Lequesne指数进行膝关节功能评定。结果:观察组显效7例,占58.3%;有效3例,占25.0%;好转2例,占16.7%,总有效率83.3%。对照组显效4例,占33.3%;有效4例,占33.3%;好转2例,占16.7%;无效2例,占16.7%,总有效率66.7%。两组总有效率比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:采用功能康复训练辅助治疗飞行员股四头肌萎缩疗效较好。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of rehabilitation training on atrophy of quadriceps in pilots. Methods: Twenty-four patients with atrophic quadriceps atrophy were selected and randomly divided into observation group (12 cases) and control group (12 cases). The control group was treated with conventional ultrashort wave and computerized IF therapy. The observation group received functional rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group. After 2 courses of treatment, Lequesne index was used to assess knee function. Results: The observation group was markedly effective in 7 cases, accounting for 58.3%; effective in 3 cases, accounting for 25.0%; improved in 2 cases, accounting for 16.7%, the total effective rate was 83.3%. The control group was significantly improved in 4 cases, accounting for 33.3%; effective in 4 cases, accounting for 33.3%; improved in 2 cases, accounting for 16.7%; ineffective in 2 cases, accounting for 16.7%, the total effective rate was 66.7%. The total effective rate between the two groups, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The functional rehabilitation training aids treatment of atrophy of the quadriceps atrophy is better.
