抗独特型抗体提高合成环形肽的HBV抗体应答

尽管正式生产的乙型肝炎疫苗具有高效和安全性,但由于其高价而限制了在发展中国家的使用。同时,选择适宜的血源较为困难,促使人们致力于改进制备方法。目前,正在研制中的疫苗,一是将重组HBV DNA掺入到合适的载体后表达其信息进行制备;二是用含有乙型肝炎表面抗原相同的氨基酸序列的人工合成肽制备。但后者的抗原性较弱,不能产生有效的免疫力。 Although the hepatitis B vaccine, which is officially produced, is highly effective and safe, its use in developing countries is limited by its high price. At the same time, it is more difficult to choose the appropriate blood source, prompting people to devote themselves to improving the preparation method. Currently, vaccines are being developed. One is to prepare the recombinant HBV DNA by incorporating the recombinant HBV DNA into a suitable vector, and the other is to prepare it with a synthetic peptide containing the same amino acid sequence as the hepatitis B surface antigen. However, the latter antigenicity is weak, can not produce effective immunity.
