目的了解西安市地铁1号线运营前后集中空调通风系统卫生状况,为卫生管理提供参考依据。方法运营前和运营后对地铁1号线19个站的集中空调通风系统卫生状况进行监测。监测指标包括集中空调通风系统风管内表面积尘量、细菌总数、真菌总数;送风口可吸入颗粒物(PM10)、细菌总数、真菌总数、β-溶血性链球菌。结果运营前后集中空调通风系统风管内表面真菌总数合格率(96.11%、100.00%)、风管内表面积尘量检测值中位数(0.89 g/m~2、1.27 g/m~2)、风管内表面细菌总数检测值中位数(2 CFU/cm~2、1 CFU/cm~2)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);运营前后集中空调通风系统送风口PM10合格率(97.35%、54.25%),细菌总数合格率(94.05%、99.10%),真菌总数合格率(65.95%、90.09%),送风口PM10检测值中位数(0.097 mg/m~3、0.242 mg/m~3),真菌总数检测值中位数(370 CFU/cm~3、230 CFU/cm~3),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),运营前后均未检出β-溶血性链球菌。结论西安市地铁1号线运营前后集中空调通风系统卫生状况良好,但仍存在一定程度污染,应加强卫生管理并定期清洗。
Objective To understand the health status of central air conditioning and ventilation system before and after operation of Xi’an Metro Line 1 and to provide a reference for health management. Methods Before and after operation, the health condition of central air-conditioning and ventilation system of 19 stations in Metro Line 1 was monitored. Monitoring indicators include the amount of dust on the inner surface of the air duct of the centralized air conditioning and ventilation system, the total number of bacteria, the total number of fungi; PM 10, the total number of bacteria, the total number of fungi, β-hemolytic streptococcus. Results Before and after operation, the total number of fungi (96.11%, 100.00%) on the inner surface of air duct in central air conditioning and ventilation system was the lowest (0.89 g / m ~ 2 and 1.27 g / m ~ 2) The median (2 CFU / cm ~ 2, 1 CFU / cm ~ 2) of the total surface bacteria detection value was statistically significant (P <0.05); before and after the operation, the ventilation rate of PM10 in the air conditioning ventilation system was 97.35%, 54.25 %), The total number of bacteria passing rate (94.05%, 99.10%), the total passing rate of fungi (65.95%, 90.09% (370 CFU / cm ~ 3,230 CFU / cm ~ 3), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). No β-hemolytic streptococcus was detected before and after operation. Conclusion Before and after the operation of Xi’an Metro Line 1, the HVAC ventilation system is in good condition, but there is still some pollution. Health management should be strengthened and cleaned regularly.
