Based on the memorandum of understanding for the development of the fourth-generation light combat/training machine jointly signed in March this year, the two sides further developed to focus on the development of the AT-2000Mako solution proposed by DASA in a risk-sharing partnership. DASA claims that the AT-2000Mako is more technologically advanced than British Aerospace’s “Eagle” transition combat/training machine.
