文化是思想的载体、行为的准则。组织部门作为一个有特定的指导思想、工作目标、组织体系、活动方式和纪律规范的政治组织机构,它的建设离不开先进文化的支撑、引导和创新。组工干部在长期的岗位实践中,积累形成了“对党忠诚、甘为人梯、公道正派、一身正气”的组工文化,其中的核心内容是公道正派。因此,坚持以公道正派为核心强化组工文化建设,应成为新时期组织部门加强自身建设研究的一个重要课题。
Culture is the carrier of thought and the criterion of behavior. As a political organization with specific guiding ideology, work objectives, organizational system, activities and discipline, the organizational sector can not be constructed without the support, guidance and innovation of advanced culture. In the long-term post practice, group cadres accumulated a group culture of “party loyalty, willingness to be human, fair and honest, and integrity”, in which the core content is fair and honest. Therefore, adhering to the principle of building a fair culture as the core should be an important issue for the departments of the organization to strengthen self-construction.
