目的了解铜陵市疾病预防控制机构人力资源现状,为疾病预防控制机构人力资源建设提供依据。方法采用自填式问卷和查阅相关档案文件等方式对2005年底铜陵市疾病预防控制机构在职人员进行调查。结果铜陵市、县疾病控制中心本科以上学历分别为11.4%和24.0%,高级职称专业人员分别占专业技术人员的13.0%和4.3%,具备现场流行病学调查能力的人员分别占编制人数的11.4%和24.0%,科室设置和业务人员配置不太合理。结论铜陵市疾病控制机构应加强专业人员培训,引进并培养高素质人才,把人力资源建设作为当前的重要工作来抓。
Objective To understand the status quo of human resources in the disease prevention and control institutions of Tongling City, and to provide a basis for human resources development of disease prevention and control institutions. Methods Self-administered questionnaires and related archives were used to investigate the employees of Tongling City Disease Prevention and Control Agency at the end of 2005. Results Bachelor or higher degree of education of Tongling City and County Disease Control Center were 11.4% and 24.0% respectively, senior professional titles accounted for 13.0% and 4.3% of professional and technical personnel, and those with on-site epidemiological investigation capability accounted for 11.4 of the number of personnel respectively. % and 24.0%, department settings and business staffing are not reasonable. Conclusion The disease control institutions of Tongling City should strengthen the training of professionals, introduce and train high-quality talents, and regard human resources construction as the current important task.
