本研究分析了温度对刺参AjC3 mRNA活性、MicroR-137表达的影响及MicroR-137和AjC3mRNA活性的相关性。研究结果表明不同温度下AjC3 mRNA和MicroR-137的表达量不同;低温对刺参的免疫反应有抑制作用;AjC3 mRNA在脂多糖刺激下呈现先升高后下降的趋势,而MicroR-137则是呈现先降低后升高的趋势。实验表明,温度影响AjC3 mRNA的表达,对MicroR-137的表达影响不明显;MicroR-137和AjC3 mRNA之间存在负相关性,可能调控AjC3 mRNA的表达。
This study analyzed the effect of temperature on the activity of AjC3 mRNA, the expression of MicroR-137 and the correlation between the activity of MicroR-137 and AjC3 mRNA.
