伸缩臂叉装车是一种新型多功能工程机械。首先分析其典型工况及负载的特点,归纳出对其动力系统匹配的新要求,即要同时满足全功率匹配和部分功率匹配。然后分析发动机和变矩器关键参数对匹配的影响,主要包括发动机额定转速、发动机调速率和变矩器泵轮力矩系数。分析了如何就伸缩臂叉装车选择发动机和变矩器,并使匹配效果在匹配计算前就可以进行评价的方法。最后针对伸缩臂叉装车的匹配要求论述了最优系数匹配的计算过程,使匹配达到最优,从而保证了车辆的动力性能。
Telehandler is a new type of multi-purpose construction machinery. First of all, the typical operating conditions and the characteristics of the load are analyzed, and the new requirements of the dynamic system matching are concluded, that is, the full power matching and the partial power matching should be satisfied at the same time. Then the influence of the key parameters of the engine and the torque converter on the matching is analyzed, including the engine rated speed, the engine speed regulation rate and the torque converter pump wheel torque coefficient. An analysis of how to select the engine and torque converter for telehandlers and how they match before they can be evaluated can be made. Finally, according to the matching requirements of telehandler, the calculation process of optimal coefficient matching is discussed, and the matching is optimized so as to ensure the dynamic performance of the vehicle.
