根据不可压缩粘性流体力学及非牛顿流体流变学的基本原理,推导出Herschel-Bulkley流体在小井眼同心环空(含钻杆管体环空、钻杆接头环空及钻铤环空)中轴向层流的运动规律,分别得出了流量、流速和压降的简化解析式,定义了钻杆接头(或钻铤)环空当量长度和压降增比。给出了算例,为小井眼钻井工程的水力设计计算提供了理论依据和实用方法。
According to the basic principle of incompressible viscous fluid dynamics and non-Newtonian fluid rheology, Herschel-Bulkley fluid is derived in the condition of small borehole concentric annulus (including drill pipe body annulus, drill pipe joint annulus and drill collar annulus) Axial laminar flow laws of motion, respectively, obtained flow, velocity and pressure drop simplified analytical formula, defines the drill pipe joints (or drill collar) annular equivalent length and pressure drop increase ratio. An example is given, which provides a theoretical basis and practical method for calculating the hydraulic design of slimhole drilling project.
