针对合同规格多、批量小的特点,以现有合同为基础,预测了转炉容量为260、300、350 t时无委托板坯发生率分别为28%、34%、38%;以炼钢生产结果为基础,预测了转炉容量为260、300、350 t时无委托板坯发生率分别为28%、31%、36%。转炉容量越大,产生的无委托板坯越多。1 000万t规模钢铁厂,260 t转炉比300 t转炉一年将少产生现货超过4万t,350 t转炉比300 t转炉每年多产生现货超过5万t。合理的转炉容量可减少无委托板坯数量和生产运行时的损失。
