在HT-1000型高温摩擦磨损实验仪上采用球面接触形式对WC-Al_2O_3复合材料进行滑动摩擦磨损实验,研究了WC-Al_2O_3复合材料从常温25℃到600℃温度条件下的摩擦磨损特性,并与WC-6Co进行对比。采用SEM、超景深显微镜及XRD对磨痕表面微观形貌及物相进行观察和分析。结果表明,在常温时,WC-Al_2O_3复合材料的摩擦系数较小,摩擦磨损性能较好。当温度升至600℃时,WC-Al_2O_3复合材料磨痕表面逐渐有氧化物生成,摩擦系数减小,磨损机制由低温下的磨粒磨损为主转化为氧化磨损,WC-Al_2O_3复合材料摩擦磨损性能较差。
The tribological behavior of WC-Al_2O_3 composites was studied by using spherical contact method on HT-1000 high temperature friction and wear tester. The friction and wear properties of WC-Al_2O_3 composites at room temperature from 25 ℃ to 600 ℃ were studied. Contrast with WC-6Co. SEM, scanning electron microscope and XRD were used to observe and analyze the micro-morphology and phase of wear scar surface. The results show that at room temperature, WC-Al 2 O 3 composites have smaller friction coefficient and better friction and wear properties. When the temperature rises to 600 ℃, the surface of wear scar of WC-Al 2 O 3 composites is gradually oxidized and the friction coefficient decreases. The wear mechanism changes from abrasive wear at low temperature to oxidative wear, and WC-Al 2 O 3 composite friction and wear Poor performance.
