做好基本医疗保险经办工作,是贯彻落实党的十八大精神、着力解决民生问题、构建社会主义和谐社会的一项重要举措。当前,基本医疗保险已经成为了百姓生活的保障、社会稳定的因素、社会关注的焦点。本文作者围绕我省当前医疗服务保障存在的三个舆论热点、四个矛盾、一个症结。介绍了医疗保险经办机构树立心系百姓健康的工作观念,踏实做好医疗保险制度建设和医疗保险服务经办管理工作的具体措施及取得的成效。通过加强协议管理工作,使我省医疗服务管理水平得到了较大提高,整肃了医疗保险服务环境、降低了基金运行风险,维护了参保人员利益。
Doing a good job of handling basic medical insurance is an important measure for implementing the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress, resolving the livelihood problems and building a harmonious socialist society. At present, basic medical insurance has become the guarantee of people’s life, social stability and social concern. The author of this article focuses on the three hot spots of public opinion that exist in our province for the current medical service protection. There are four contradictions and one crux of the problem. The author introduces the concept of health insurance management agencies to establish the concept of healthy people heart, practical measures to do a good job in the medical insurance system and the management of medical insurance services and the results achieved. By strengthening agreement management, the level of medical service management in our province has been greatly improved, the medical insurance service environment has been purged, the risk of fund operation has been reduced, and the interests of insured persons have been protected.
