发电企业作为国家的民生行业实体,在国家经济中占有重要的地位。近年来体制的改革给发电企业带来了新的机遇和挑战。面对激烈的市场竞争压力,如何调整内部控制结构以适应新的严峻形式,成了发电企业目前亟待解决的首要问题。目前,我国的发电企业的内部控制存在着诸多问题,本文主要探讨和分析当前发电企业内部控制存在的问题并提出相应的改进对策。
As a national livelihood industry entity, power generation enterprises occupy an important position in the national economy. In recent years, the reform of the system has brought new opportunities and challenges to power generation enterprises. In the face of fierce market competition pressure, how to adjust the internal control structure to adapt to the new and harsh forms has become the most important issue to be solved urgently by power generation enterprises. At present, there are many problems in the internal control of the power generation enterprises in our country. This paper mainly discusses and analyzes the existing problems in the internal control of the power generation enterprises and puts forward corresponding improvement measures.
