目的研究人食管鳞状细胞癌中S100A2蛋白的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学(SP)方法检测60例食管鳞状细胞癌(ESCC)组织和60例手术切缘食管黏膜组织中S100A2蛋白的表达水平。结果S100A2蛋白在食管鳞状细胞癌中阳性表达率为80.3%(50/60),在手术切缘食管黏膜组织中阳性表达率为100%(60/60),两者之间差异有显著性(P<0.05);其中高、中、低分化癌三组间差异有显著性(P<0.05),并且高、中分化癌组S100A2蛋白表达阳性率显著高于低分化癌组(P<0.05),另淋巴结转移组S100A2蛋白表达阳性率与无淋巴结转移组之间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。S100A2蛋白表达与患者性别、年龄、临床分期、肿瘤部位、大小及浸润深度均无关。结论S100A2蛋白在食管鳞状细胞癌中阳性表达率下降,与食管癌的发生及分化程度有关。S100A2蛋白可作为判断食管癌生物学行为的重要参考指标。
Objective To study the expression of S100A2 protein in human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its significance. Methods The expression of S100A2 protein in 60 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) and 60 cases of surgical marginal esophageal mucosa was detected by immunohistochemistry (SP). Results The positive expression rate of S100A2 protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was 80.3% (50/60). The positive expression rate of S100A2 protein in esophageal mucosa was 100% (60/60). There was a significant difference between the two. (P<0.05); among the three groups, the difference between high, moderate and poorly differentiated cancers was significant (P<0.05), and the positive rate of S100A2 protein expression in high and moderately differentiated cancer groups was significantly higher than that in poorly differentiated cancer groups (P<0.05). The positive rate of S100A2 protein expression in lymph node metastasis group was significantly different from that in the group without lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). The expression of S100A2 protein was not associated with gender, age, clinical stage, tumor location, size, and depth of invasion. Conclusion The positive expression rate of S100A2 protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma is decreased, which is related to the occurrence and differentiation of esophageal cancer. S100A2 protein can be used as an important reference to judge the biological behavior of esophageal cancer.
