目的:建立快速溶剂萃取(ASE)-液相色谱法测定人参药材中人参皂苷Re、Rg1、Rb1、Rc、Rb2、Rd。方法:用三氯甲烷脱脂,水饱和正丁醇提取药材中人参皂苷;采用C18柱,乙腈-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为203 nm,柱温为35℃,进行含量测定。结果:人参皂苷化合物响应值与进样量呈良好线性关系(r>0.999),测定精密度RSD﹤2.0%。结论:本法操作简便、快速,结果准确,可用于人参药材质量控制。
Objective: To establish a rapid solvent extraction (ASE) -LC method for the determination of ginsenosides Re, Rg1, Rb1, Rc, Rb2, Rd in Panax ginseng. Methods: Ginsenosides were extracted by degreasing with trichloromethane and water-saturated n-butanol. The mobile phase was eluted with C18 column and acetonitrile-water. The detection wavelength was 203 nm and the column temperature was 35 ℃. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the response value of ginsenoside and injection volume (r> 0.999). The precision of RSD was <2.0%. Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, accurate and can be used for quality control of ginseng herbs.
