电力物资管理是指在电力系统的生产过程中,对需要的物资进行储备、使用等各工作环节计划与管理。其是电力系统的重要生产经营环节之一,关系到企业的整体经济效益。其工作质量的好坏,直接影响到企业的经营状况。因此,对其的管理研究工作既具有理论价值,又具有重要的实际应用价值。本文针对当前电力企业中物资管理工作出现的问题进行分析,并就这些问题,提出相应的应对措施。
Power material management refers to the planning and management of various work processes such as the storage and use of needed materials in the production process of the power system. It is one of the important production and management links of the power system and relates to the overall economic benefits of the enterprise. The quality of their work, a direct impact on the company’s operating conditions. Therefore, the management of its research work has both theoretical value, but also has important practical value. In this paper, we analyze the problems that appear in the current materials management in electric power enterprises, and put forward corresponding countermeasures on these issues.
