目的比较不同桩核系统修复不同缺损程度患牙的临床效果。方法将233颗患牙分为肩领组和无肩领组,每组内随机采用铸造桩核和纤维桩树脂核修复,观察疗效。结果肩领组与无肩领组的修复成功率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同材料的桩核系统之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肩领的存在可以提高桩核系统的修复效果,纤维桩树脂核由于本身的优点,值得临床应用。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of different post-core systems in repairing different dental defects. Methods A total of 233 teeth were divided into the shoulder collar group and the shoulderless collar group. Casting post-core and fiber post-resin core were used randomly in each group to observe the curative effect. Results There was a significant difference in the success rate of repair between the shoulder collar group and the shoulderless collar group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the post-core system of different materials (P> 0.05). Conclusion The existence of the shoulder collar can improve the repair effect of the post-core system. Due to its own advantages, the fiber post-core resin is worthy of clinical application.
