采用将试样在不同温度下灼烧研究了T700氧化铁皮的结构。结果显示,T700氧化铁皮的成分与结构、温度密切相关,900℃以上氧化铁皮为疏松的FeO和致密的Fe3O4层;随温度的降低,Fe3O4层迅速减少,Fe3O4/FeO的厚度比值迅速减小,且两者的界限也变得模糊;氧化激活能的计算说明,Nb、Ti的存在加速了氧化进程。
The structure of T700 scale was studied by burning samples at different temperatures. The results show that the composition and structure of T700 scale are closely related to the temperature. The scale above 900 ℃ is loose FeO and dense Fe3O4. With the decrease of temperature, the Fe3O4 layer decreases rapidly and the ratio of Fe3O4 / FeO decreases rapidly. And the boundaries between the two also become blurred. The calculation of oxidation activation energy shows that the existence of Nb and Ti accelerates the oxidation process.
