通过大量的室内试验,研究了二灰稳定碎石在10℃的低温环境下养生的无侧限抗压强度和劈裂强度及增长趋势。试验研究结果表明,在10℃养生环境下,二灰稳定碎石的抗压强度和劈裂强度等物理力学指标较其在标准养生温度下养生大为降低且增长缓慢,7d龄期抗压强度仅为0.43~0.67MPa,是标准养生温度下的1/3左右,达不到相关技术规范要求,路用性能受到严重影响。因此,建议在低温季节进行二灰稳定碎石基层施工时,要采取一些有效措施来保障其强度的形成。
Through a large number of laboratory tests, unconfined compressive strength, splitting strength and growth trend of lime-stabilized limestone stabilized at low temperature of 10 ℃ were studied. The experimental results show that the physical and mechanical indexes such as compressive strength and splitting strength of lime-flyash stabilized macadam greatly decrease and grow slowly at the standard temperature, and the compressive strength at 7d Only 0.43 ~ 0.67MPa, is the standard health temperature of about 1/3, less than the relevant technical specifications, road performance is seriously affected. Therefore, it is suggested that some effective measures should be taken to ensure the formation of lime-lime stabilized macadam base during the low temperature season.
