山东莱钢炼钢厂自1999年开始成功地把学习型组织理论引入企业管理之中,九年来,炼钢厂不断赋予创建工作以新的载体,激发全员创建热情,使企业发生了翻天覆地的变化。一、不断创新载体,激发创争激情1999年,炼钢厂把学习型组织理论引入企业管理之中;2000年组织开展了全员军训,拉开了学习型组织建设的序幕,先后开展了全员五项修炼培训,全员品格训练,为学习型组织的深度推进打下了基础。
