目的研究蒙药食两用植物耧斗菜中多酚类化合物含量的动态变化。方法采用60%乙醇,以冷凝回流方法提取耧斗菜多酚类化合物,并用香草醛-浓盐酸法测定其多酚类化合物的总含量。结果耧斗菜多酚类化合物含量随着采摘时间的不同而变化。5月13日时含量最少,为2.9820 mg/ml;6月初和8月中旬达到最高峰,含量分别为9.6480 mg/ml、8.0730 mg/ml。结论蒙药用植物耧斗菜中多酚类化合物含量具有季节性变化规律。含量达到最高值的时期分别为6月初和8月中旬。
Objective To study the dynamic changes of polyphenolic compounds in the Mongolian medicinal herb Ephedra sinica. Methods 60% ethanol was used to extract the polyphenol compounds from buckthorns tuber by refluxing method. The total content of polyphenols was determined by vanillin-concentrated hydrochloric acid method. Results Trichosanthes polyphenol content changes with the picking time. The content was the lowest at May 13, which was 2.9820 mg / ml. The highest content reached 9.6480 mg / ml and 8.0730 mg / ml respectively in early June and mid-August. Conclusion The content of polyphenols in the medicinal plant Gracilaria lemaneiformis has a seasonal variation. The periods with the highest content were the beginning of June and the middle of August respectively.
