研究矿物纤维硅灰石在超声波处理和化学无机改性后加添对纸张性能的影响。研究结果表明:硅灰石超声波处理后,平均粒径在超声处理1 h后减小明显,抄片时在纸张中的留着率降低,纸张强度提高;硅灰石经无机改性后,Zeta电位为0.0226 mV,在纸张中的留着率提高,纸张强度提高;硅灰石超声波处理再进行无机改性后,在纸张中的留着率是超声未改性的2倍多,各项指标均优于单独的超声波处理和化学改性。
The effect of mineral fiber wollastonite on paper properties after ultrasonic treatment and chemical inorganic modification was studied. The results show that the average particle size of wollastonite decreases obviously after ultrasonic treatment for 1 h, the retention rate of paper in papermaking decreases and the paper strength increases when the wollastonite is treated by ultrasonic wave.
