随着广大人民生活质量的提高,家长对孩子教育的重视提高到一个新的高度。不同小学的毕业生向具有优秀师资力量学校集中的现象越发普遍。家长的出发点是积极的,但在过程中对各个学校的教学造成了一定程度的冲击。相对于其他学科,这种情况对英语学科教学的消极影响更大。其原因是多方面的:新生来自不同的毕业学校,不同学校对于小学英语教学的目标要求各有差异,学生基础参次不齐;初中与小学的英语教学方法有较大差异,不同学生适应过程长短不一。各种干扰因素造成了学生英语学习的心理障碍,英语学习效率不高,挫败感强,一到英语课就心情烦躁,思想压抑,甚至放弃学习。因此如何疏导学生的心理障碍,充分发挥学生的潜能,激活英语教学课堂,提高教学质量从而减轻学生学业负担变得十分重要。本人根据新目标英语学科教学特点,结合心理健康教育,以及亲身的教学实践,谈谈自身的点滴体会。

Therefore, how to divert students' psychological barriers, give full play to the potential of students, activate classrooms of English teaching, improve the quality of teaching and reduce the academic burden on students become very important. According to the new target English teaching characteristics, combined with mental health education, as well as personal teaching practice, talk about their own bit by bit experience.
