目的:观察肺癌模型诱癌前外周血淋巴细胞染色体。方法:对10只Sprague-Dewely大鼠心脏取血,采用常规染色体制作方法及分带技术。结果:染色体众数为42,即20对常染色体和1对性染色体。其中4对为近端着丝粒染色体,7对为中着丝粒染色体,10对为顶端着丝粒染色体。结论:诱癌前实验大鼠染色体的研究为其与诱癌过程中染色体的改变对比提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the chromosomes of peripheral blood lymphocytes before lung cancer model pretreatment. METHODS: Blood was drawn from the heart of 10 Sprague-Dewely rats. Conventional chromosome preparation and banding techniques were used. Results: The number of chromosomes was 42, that is, 20 pairs of autosomes and 1 pair of sex chromosomes. Among them, 4 pairs were proximal centromeric chromosomes, 7 pairs were centromeric chromosomes, and 10 pairs were apical centromeres. Conclusion: The study of pre-induction preclinical rat chromosomes provides a basis for the comparison of chromosome changes during induction.
