评价多焦视网膜电图 ( MERG)在糖尿病性视网膜病变 ( DR)不同期诊断的应用价值。方法 :对 2 4名 ( 35眼 )正常人及 6 3名 ( 96眼 )糖尿病患者分别进行眼科常规检查、眼压测定、眼底荧光血管造影 ( FFA)、Octopus视野及 MERG检测 ,并对 MERG与视野进行相关性分析 ,对比 MERG与其他视网膜功能检查方法的异常检出率。结果 :MERG总反应波的 P1 波反应密度在临床未见 DR( NDR)的糖尿病患者显著低于正常对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,与 DR的不同分期具极显著性相关 ( P<0 .0 0 1 ) ,与 Octo-pus视野检查指数 MD值呈显著负相关性 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;NDR的 P1 波反应密度异常检出率为 6 0 % ;早期 DR出现局部区域反应密度下降。结论 :MERG能客观、准确、定位、定量、敏感地检测 DR,可作为 DR患者早期诊断、评价不同病程和估计预后的重要指标之一。
To evaluate the diagnostic value of multifocal electroretinography (MERG) in different stages of diabetic retinopathy (DR). Methods: routine ophthalmology, intraocular pressure (IOP), fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA), Octopus visual field and MERG were detected in 24 normal subjects and 63 (96 eyes) diabetic patients. Field of view correlation analysis, compared with MERG and other retinal function test method of abnormal detection rate. Results: The P1 wave response density of MERG total response wave was significantly lower than that of the normal control group (P <0. 05) in patients with diabetes without clinical DR (NDR), and significantly correlated with different stages of DR (P < (P <0.05). There was a significant negative correlation with Octo-pus visual field index (P <0.05). The detection rate of abnormal wave density of P1 wave in NDR was 60% Reaction density decreased. Conclusion: MERG can objectively, accurately, accurately, quantitatively and sensitively detect DR. It can be used as one of the important indicators for early diagnosis, evaluation of different course of disease and prognosis in patients with DR.
