基于三维裂纹扩展分析软件FRANC3D V6.0,结合有限元软件,采用子模型技术建立断裂力学有限元模型.对带孔平板试样的裂纹扩展进行了数值模拟,分析了裂纹扩展规律,计算结果与手册解误差很小,结果表明了分析方法的可行性和准确性.建立了含销钉孔边裂纹的轮盘断裂力学有限元模型,对其进行了三维动态裂纹扩展分析,计算了应力强度因子和裂纹扩展寿命.结果表明:该分析方法简单可行,几种裂纹形式中销钉孔内表面裂纹对轮盘裂纹扩展寿命危害最大.
Based on the 3D crack propagation analysis software FRANC3D V6.0, combined with the finite element software, a finite element model of fracture mechanics was established by using the submodeling technique.The crack propagation in a flat plate specimen with a hole was numerically simulated and the crack propagation law was analyzed. The results show that the analysis method is feasible and accurate.The finite element model of the rupture mechanics of the disc with pin hole edge crack is established and analyzed by 3D dynamic crack propagation.The stress intensity factor and Crack propagation life.The results show that this method is simple and feasible, and the cracks on the inner surface of dowel pin holes are the most harmful to the crack propagation life of the roulette in several crack forms.
