《北京市人民政府关于修改〈北京市城市房地产转让管理办法〉的决定》(以下简称“决定”)已经2008年11月18日市人民政府第17次常务会议审议通过。“决定”对2003年9月2日北京市人民政府第135号令公布的《北京市城市房地产转让管理办法》部分条例进行了修订。自公布之日起施行。
