2005-2010年对扬中市国家血吸虫病监测点石城村疫情监测显示,6年钉螺面积均为16.43hm2,活螺框出现率和活螺平均密度均呈逐年下降趋势,仅2007年发现感染性钉螺。血检阳性率分别为1.81%、0.98%、0.29%、0.28%、0.47%和0.51%;粪检均未发现阳性,居民感染率0。连续6年未发生急性血吸虫感染病例,未查出晚期血吸虫病人和血吸虫感染病畜。结果提示,扬中市国家级监测点血吸虫病疫情得到有效控制;但钉螺依然存在,需进一步加强江滩综合治理和传染源监测。
In 2005-2010, surveillance of schistosomiasis in Shichuan city of Yangzhong City showed that the area of snails was 16.43hm2 in 6 years, the incidence of live snails and average density of live snails decreased year by year. Only in 2007, . The positive rates of blood tests were 1.81%, 0.98%, 0.29%, 0.28%, 0.47% and 0.51%, respectively. For 6 consecutive years without acute schistosomiasis cases, did not detect advanced schistosomiasis and schistosomiasis infected animals. The results suggest that the epidemic situation of schistosomiasis at the national-level monitoring point in Yangzhong City has been effectively controlled; however, the snails still exist, and the comprehensive treatment of river banks and the surveillance of infectious agents need to be further strengthened.
