《信访工作条例》紧紧围绕维护人民群众的民主权利和合法权益这条主线,从畅通信访渠道、创新工作机制、维护信访秩序、强化工作责任等方面进行了修订和完善,体现了坚持以人为本、构建和谐社会和加强民主法制建设的要求。作为国有企业,要认真贯彻落实好《信访工作条例》,进一步健全正确处理信访工作的体制机制,依法及时处理职工群众反映的信访问题,切实维护职工群众的合法权益。
The Working Regulations on Petitions closely revolve around the main line of safeguarding the democratic rights and legitimate rights and interests of the masses of the people. It has revised and perfected the channels of opening letters and visits, innovating the working mechanism, maintaining the order of letters and visits, and strengthening the responsibilities of work. It reflects the principle of people-oriented, Constructing a Harmonious Society and Strengthening the Construction of Democracy and Legal System. As a state-owned enterprise, we must conscientiously implement the “Regulations on the Work of Letters and Visits,” further improve the system and mechanism for correctly handling letters and visits, deal promptly with letters and visits by employees and the masses in accordance with the law, and earnestly safeguard the lawful rights and interests of the staff and workers.
