我国农民工非政府组织尚处于初始阶段,它们的整体发展十分脆弱,与其他的非政府组织一样,农民工非政府组织面临着来自外部的制度、文化、经济和法律的困境,也面临着作为“草根”组织所特有的资金和公信度不足等内部困境。通过与西方和政府背景的非政府组织的比较发现,两者的不同之处正是农民工非政府组织的发展方向。在目前特定环境下,农民工非政府组织发展路径宜从四个方面入手:处理好农民工非政府组织与政府之间的关系;完善农民工非政府组织的人力资源管理;完善内部管理机制,加强农民工非政府组织的能力建设;多渠道解决资金问题。
The non-governmental organizations for migrant workers in our country are still in their infancy. Their overall development is very fragile. Like other non-governmental organizations, non-governmental organizations for migrant workers are facing institutional, cultural, economic and legal plight from outside as well as “Grassroots ” organization specific funds and lack of credibility and other internal difficulties. The comparison with non-governmental organizations with western background and government background shows that the difference between the two is precisely the development direction of migrant workers’ non-governmental organizations. Under the current specific circumstances, the development of migrant workers ’non-governmental organizations should start from four aspects: to properly handle the relationship between migrant workers and the government; to improve the human resources management of the migrant workers’ non-governmental organizations; to improve the internal management mechanism, Strengthen the capacity building of migrant workers’ non-governmental organizations and solve the financial problems through multiple channels.
