本文作者围绕粤东铁路建设问题提出如下意见。一、线路方案。提出山区线、沿海线与组合线三种方案。认为组合线方案综合选取了前二方案之利而弃其弊,作者认为是一比较理想的线路走向方案。二、关于建设资金方面,作者提出自筹资金,力争侨资,多层次多渠道的集资方法;三、作者列举理由陈述修建粤东铁路的必要性,并预见修建此线的企业效益与社会效益。最后作者认为粤东铁路宜安排在第八个五年计划前期建成。
The author put forward the following opinions on the construction of the railway in eastern Guangdong Province. First, the line program. Proposed mountain line, coastal line and combination of three options. It is considered that the combination line scheme comprehensively chooses the advantages of the first two schemes and abandons them, and the author thinks it is an ideal line scheme. Second, on the construction of funds, the authors proposed self-financing, and strive to multi-level, multi-channel fund-raising methods; Third, the author cited the reasons stated the need for the construction of the eastern part of the railway and foresees the construction of this line of business and social benefits . Finally, the author thinks that the Yuedong Railway should be arranged in the early stage of the Eighth Five-Year Plan.
