用石油大学开发的络合脱氮新工艺,以克拉玛依石化厂生产的 L V I300 加氢脱酸糠醛精制油为原料,进行了处理量为120 kg/h 的中型试验(共处理了 1 t 油)。结果表明,络合脱氮新工艺用 0.6% 脱氮剂 S T S脱氮,再经2% 白土精制后,脱碱氮率可达98.5% ,旋转氧弹氧化诱导期为228 m in,脱氮效果好,可以使 L V I300 基础油的氧化安定性满足原中国石油化工总公司颁布的润滑油基础油新标准要求,工业应用前景乐观。
With the new technology of complexation denitrification developed by the University of Petroleum, a mid-scale experiment with a treatment capacity of 120 kg / h was carried out using L V I300 hydrodeacidified furfural refined oil produced by the Karamay Petrochemical Plant (a total of 1 t oil ). The results showed that the new process of complexation denitrification was denitrification with 0.6% denitrifying agent S T S, and then refined by 2% kaolin, the denitrification nitrogen rate reached 98.5% and the revolving oxygen bomb oxidation induction period was 228 m in, good denitrification effect, which can make the oxidation stability of L V I300 base oil satisfy the new standard of lube base oil promulgated by China National Petrochemical Corporation, and the industrial application prospect is optimistic.
