中国近期关于《元朝秘史》(以下简称《秘史》)的研究爆炸般的增加令人吃惊。长期以来,由于“文化大革命”对学术界的影响而被禁塞的研究论著似乎有决堤之水般发表出来的势态。1978年笔者公开发表了《<元朝秘史>有关文献目录》(日本蒙古学会发行),仅以手头掌握的材料为限。从其后10年间发表的成果看,中国,特别是内蒙古的研究完全处于压倒其它国家的状况。在中国,不仅公开发表研究论著,也在进行学术方面i的交流活动。例如,1988年夏在内蒙古师范大学召开了专门的《秘史》国际学术会议,呈现了盛况。在中国
The recent explosion in China’s research on the “Secret History of the Yuan Dynasty” (hereinafter referred to as “Secret History”) is surprising. For a long time, research papers that were blocked because of the influence of the “Cultural Revolution” on the academic world appeared to be in a state of emergency. In 1978, the author published the Catalog of Related Documents about the Secret History of Yuan Dynasty (issued by the Japanese Society of Mongolia), only to the extent that the material held at hand is limited. According to the results published in the following 10 years, the research conducted by China, especially Inner Mongolia, is completely overwhelmed by the other countries. In China, not only research papers are published publicly, but academic exchanges are also being conducted.
