November 8, Jiangsu Province, the establishment of secrecy association held in Nanjing. Du Hong, president of China Confidentiality Association and chief engineer of State Secrecy Bureau, attended the meeting and made a speech. A total of 281 representatives from members of the Secrecy Bureau, provincial authorities, enterprises and institutions in Jiangsu Province and comrades of the Provincial Secrets Bureau attended the meeting.
