研究了磁化处理对斑岩型原生硫化铜矿和高硫次生硫化铜矿浮选的影响。试验结果表明,经磁化处理后铜的回收率分别提高了5~6和2~3个百分点。分析了在不同的磁化时间、磁场强度和循环磁化次数下铜回收率均有极大值,其中磁场强度影响最大。而磁处理改善了矿浆中的溶解氧量增加,使硫化矿表面生成更多的疏水物质,同时浮选药剂的离解度、分散度在磁场的作用下增加,可能是提高铜回收率的主要原因。
The effect of magnetization on the flotation of porphyry-type primary copper sulphides and high-sulfur secondary sulphide copper ores was studied. The experimental results show that the copper recovery after magnetization is increased by 5 ~ 6 and 2 ~ 3% respectively. The results show that the magnetic recovery has a maximum at different magnetization times, magnetic field strength and number of cycles of magnetization, of which magnetic field strength has the greatest impact. The magnetic treatment improves the increase of dissolved oxygen in the pulp, which makes the surface of sulphide ore produce more hydrophobic substances. At the same time, the dissociation degree and dispersion degree of flotation reagents increase under the action of magnetic field, which may be the main reason to increase copper recovery rate .
